How is ACell used in Hair Restoration?

A: ACell + PRP Therapy Injection appointments are typically about one week out for availability. ACell appointments require only 90 minutes for a full scalp treatment, and 60 minutes for an eyebrow treatment.

A:  There may be some mild to moderate scalp discomfort for a day or two after treatment. Post procedure instructions are thorough so you can be prepared to relax and be comfortable at home. Some swelling in the forehead is not uncommon and may be visible to others for 2-3 days.  Patients who are concerned about this will schedule their treatment on a Thursday or Fridayso they can recover over the weekend.  There will not be any visible signs immediately after your treatment.
